The members of the Advisory Board
Christian Christodulopulos, Bocconi alumno graduated with honors in Business Administration and Management, joined JEME in 1998, of which he was a member of the board in 1999. In the same year Christian held the position of vice president and, subsequently, as president of JADE Italia , the Italian confederation of Junior Enterprise. Christian is part of the Advisory Board of JEME Bocconi Studenti since January 2014.
After graduating from Bocconi, in 2001 Christian started as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on M & A and Corporate Finance projects for major oil and energy companies in Europe and the USA.
Two years later, he became a senior financial analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. Here he recommended the sale of KVS to Veritas for $ 225 million, later elected as ‘Exit of the Year’. In June 2004, Christian joined Bain & Company, where he worked for over 9 years. He has been an associate partner of Long Term Partners for three years.
Roberto Bonacina began his experience in JEME in 1990 where he remained for a year, covering two fundamental positions: treasurer and vice president. Surely he was one of the first to have lived the full experience of our Junior Enterprise, just two years after his birth in 1988. After finishing his studies at Bocconi with a degree in Business Administration, after a short period in the Italian army, he began his career first as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, becoming an analyst in DGPA & Co and an associate in Lazard.
His work experience continues showing excellent results, managing to achieve the investment direction in Lazard and subsequently in D & A Capital. In 2011 he began his career in EY where he was first appointed Head of M & A for Italy and in 2016 he officially became a partner of the company. The reconfirmation of Bonacina in the Advisory Board, thanks to its wealth of experience, will be fundamental for the whole Association, offering everyone added value in terms of strategies and organization.
Francesco Ferri joined JEME in 1997, after having obtained the Master of Science in Political Economy at the Bocconi University. During his university years, he held the position of President in JEME, contributing to improving the efficiency of internal organization procedures.
Today Francesco is part of the Advisory Board, still remaining a valuable point of reference for the association. After completing his academic career, he held various roles, including one in managerial training as Trainer and Consultant at Dale Carnegie Training, one in the consumer goods sector as Head of Business Development at Procter & Gamble and three in the automotive sector, before at Drive Automation as General Manager, later, at Vimercati SpA as a Director, and finally, at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza as an attorney with the role of General Manager. From 2003 to date he is Co-Founder and Partner of Innext, a strategic consulting company operating in the fields of Change and Crisis Management, Merger & Acquisition, Organization and Cost Saving and Business Innovation.
He is also a member of Bocconi Alumni Association, where from 2013 to 2017 he was Head of Topic Entrepreneurship. In addition, from 2014 to 2017 he was a member of Assolombarda as National Vice-President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria. As a member of the Advisory Board, he continues to actively contribute to the development of JEME and its members.
Giovanni Malacarne graduated in International Management in 2011, participating in the China MIM program which provides for a full academic year in China, after obtaining a three-year degree in Economics for Art, Culture and Communication. He joined JEME during the specialist degree course, a period in which he developed a strong passion for the association.
He began his career at Google in the Dublin office where he held the position of Community Manager for the Italian market, a role that included the analysis of consumer feedback aimed at improving Google products. After the experience in the Mountain View colossus he continues his career in another giant of tech companies and in 2014 he moves to Amazon as Site Merchandiser, becoming in November 2016 Vendor Manager for the Amazon Fashion division, a role he still covers .
Giovanni Malacarne has always shown a strong attachment to JEME and thanks to his participation in the Advisory Board will be able to provide valuable information in the field of e-commerce and fashion.
Federico Vigani, Bocconi alumno graduated in Economics and Social Sciences, joined JEME in October 2009, and served as President, Administrator and Responsible of the Association’s Communication Area, remaining until December 2013. During his period in JEME he was also part of the team that organized the Junior Enterprise World Conference 2010, an event that was held in Milan with the participation of more than 300 Junior Enterpreneurs. He was also the Project Manager of the JM 2013, a meeting with more than 250 participants organized on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the birth of JEME. After completing his studies at Bocconi, in 2014 Federico joined BCG, first as an Associate and then as a Senior Associate in March 2016. Today Federico Vigani is a consultant, also in BCG, where he is mainly involved in the automotive and ‘Asset & Wealth Management. Federico was then re-elected as a member of the Advisory Board of JEME, continuing to actively contribute to the development of JEME and its members.
Joined JEME in 2002, Cristiana Dell’Acqua served as Secretary General. After graduating in Economics at Bocconi in 2004, she undertook an intense career in strategic consulting. JEME played a fundamental role in this, allowing it to develop a particular interest in this sector.
Initially, he worked for two years as Consultant in Panbianco and then from 2006 to 2010 in Value Partners Management Consulting, which is a leading company in the strategic consulting business, first taking on the role of Business Analyst and then of Senior Business Analyst. Subsequently, he occupied between 2010 and 2012 various positions, such as Retail Managers and Head of Global Planning and Retailing at one of the most dynamic Italian digital companies, YOOX Net-A-Porter Group, where he currently holds the role of Business Coordinator .
With his presence on the Advisory Board, he continues to make a fundamental contribution to the growth of the Association.
Marco Berrinzoni, who joined JEME in 2005, spent his entire university career at the Bocconi University, attending first the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and then the Master of Science in Administration, Finance and Control.
During the period of study he also did two internships: the first at Value Lab, an innovative Management Consulting and Information Technology Company, specialized in Marketing, Sales and Retailing. In 2008, however, at BNP Paribas, in the M & A area.
In these years JEME has been one of his most important experiences, as he has represented a precious resource for the association itself.
After completing his academic career, he joined the Barilla group, where he held various positions, from that of Controlling Manager for various products, to that of Strategic Planning Manager, working both in Parma and in Paris.
Regarding his most recent career, in May 2016 he started his career at LVMH as Controlling Manager for Acqua di Parma, a position he still has today.
We are sure that its renewed presence in the Advisory Board of JEME will prove to be precious for the whole association.
Joined JEME in 2001, Andrea Ghizzoni has held the position of Associate. Very active in the associative world, during the Bocconi degree in Business Administration achieved in 2002 she was part of “Helping children”, and between 2005 and 2006, during an International MBA in Executive Education in Business Administration at the IE Business School , was Chairman of the Management Consulting Group.
Following his university career at Bocconi, he immediately started his career as Consultant at Cegos in 2002, becoming a Senior Consultant in 2003. Always active as a consultant, he then worked between 2007 and 2008 at Value Partners. , then moved to McKinsey & Company in 2009, where he remained until 2013.
In the last 5 years he has held several roles in Tencent, first in Italy and then in Europe, becoming Director. Since 2015 he has also been Mentor of Digital for Italy, a group of professionals in the sector who support Italian SMEs in their growth.
Francesco Sacco is, besides being an important member of the Advisory Board, the founder of JEME Bocconi, together with seven other students. After some of them stayed in France and came in contact with local students, they decided to create for the first time in Italy a Junior Enterprise to export the concept not only in Bocconi but also throughout Italy. In 1988 the story of JEME began, and Francesco Sacco was one of the main protagonists, engaging both as an associate consultant and board member and as an alumni to make JEME Bocconi Studenti the best Junior Enterprise in Italy and one of the Italian protagonists in Europe.
Francesco Sacco was a member of the Steering Board for the implementation of the Digital Agenda of the Italian Government during the Letta Government and of the working group for the Public Administration Organization of the Extraordinary Commissioner Cottarelli for the Review of Public Spending. Since 1993 he has been a professor at Bocconi University, as well as the University of Insubria, concentrating his research on the impact of technological and digital innovations on business strategies. Francesco Sacco represents a very important point of reference both for the Associates and for the Alumni, perfectly representing the values of our Junior Enterprise.
Graduated in Bocconi in International Economics and Management, Venus Modabber was Associate of JEME from 2007 to 2008, becoming also a member of the Board.
Currently Client Strategist at PWC since 2015, he started his career working as Analyst at Deloitte, from 2009 to 2010. Subsequently, he held various roles from 2010 to 2012 at Barclays, including Relationship Support Manager and Associate Director, then enter in 2012 in PWC as Business Development Manager.
Matteo Fenaroli received his master’s degree in 2000 during which he was part of JEME for two years. This was a very meaningful experience for him that allowed him to develop a strong passion for counseling and get to know those who first became friends and then partners. In fact, after an experience of three years in Cegos, a company that deals with consulting and training, together with two other partners known in JEME, he founded Innext, a consulting company specializing in change management. Since 2003, the year in which it was founded, Innext has collected an unbroken series of successes, so much so that at the moment it employs over 60 employees. The attachment to JEME and his passion for consulting make Matteo Fenaroli a fundamental member for the Advisory Board.
Angela Filippa received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University, joining JEME in 1992, and then continued her studies at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, obtaining a Master in Finance.
He began his career in London where he was Analyst in the Bankers Trust investment bank. In December 1997 he moved to the prestigious headquarters of Credit Suisse in New York where he currently holds the position of Director Credit Risk Manager for emerging markets, acquiring twenty years of experience in the Latin American market. Its areas of expertise range from structured finance to the financing of a cross-border acquisition operation.
