JEME can rely on an Alumni, national and international experts, who carry on collaborating with the association, offering their experience to guide us in the long-term and change management decisions.

Advisory Board Members



Christian Christodulopulos is a Bocconi Alumnus who graduated cum laude in Business Administration and Management. He joined JEME in 1998 and was a member of the board in 1999. In that year he was Vice President and then President of JADE Italia, the Italian Confederation for the Junior Enterprises.

Today Christian is in JEME Bocconi Studenti’s Advisory Boards. After his years at Bocconi, in 2001 Christian became an analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on M&A and Corporate Finance projects for the major oil and energy companies in Europe and the US. Two years later he joined Boston Consulting Group as an Associate and became Senior Financial Analyst in the tech group CSFB. He was responsible for the advisory on the $225M acquisition of KVS by Veritas.

In June 2004, Christian joined Bain & Co., where he worked for over 9 years. For three years he has been a Partner at Long Term Partners.


Fabio Fedel, Bocconi graduate in Business Administration, is recognized as an expert in Value Based Managment and EVA approach, since he worked as a consultant in many companies in the FTSE MIB index. He is Managing Partner at Active Value Advisors and CEO of HOW 4, while previously served as Vice President and then since 2002 as CEO at Stern Stewart & Co.’s subsidiary, ASSI – Ambrosetti Stern Stewart Italia.
During his career, he contributed to the creation of new services like models for the optimal capital allocation and systems for measuring the value perceived by clients.

Fabio, who is a member of the accountants’ register, is also an auditor and member of AIAF (Italian Association of Financial Analyst). He also currently holds the position of Independent Board Director at CheBanca!. His great experience and expertise will be fundamental in the Advisory Board, bringing a great contribution to the whole association.



Francesco Ferri joined JEME in 1997, after having obtained the Master of Science in Economics at Bocconi University.
During his university career, he served as President of JEME and helped to improve the efficiency of internal organization procedures. Today Francesco is part of the Advisory Board, still a valuable point of reference for the Association.

After completing the academic career, he has held various roles including one in managerial training (Trainer and Consultant at Dale Carnegie Training), one in consumer goods (Business Development Manager at Procter & Gamble) and three in the automotive industry: firstly, Drive Automation as Director General, later at Vimercati SpA as Administrator, and finally at the National Motor Racing Center in Monza as an Attorney. Since 2003, he has been Co-Founder and Partner of Innext, a strategic consulting firm working in the field of Change and Crisis Management, Merger and Acquisition, Cost Management and Business Innovation.

He is also a member of the Bocconi Alumni Association, of which, from 2013 to 2017, he held the role of Head of Entrepreneurship. In addition, from 2014 to 2017, he was Associate of Assolombarda as Vice President of Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria. As a member of the Advisory Board, he continues to contribute actively to the development of JEME and associates.


Roberto Bonacina started his experience in Jeme in year 1990 and remained in the enterprise for a year, during which he held two very important roles: Treasurer and Vice President.
At only two years from the onset of our association, Roberto was probably one of the first members to fully experience the life of our Junior Enterprise.

After having concluded his studies at Bocconi University with a degree in Business Administration and after a short experience in the Italian Army, Roberto started his working career as auditor in Arthur Andersen, after which he continued his job as analyst in DGPA & Co and associate member in Lazard.

His career proceeded uphill and he was readily appointed head of the investment department in Lazard and, not long after, in D&A Capital.
In 2011 he starts his career in EY, where he is shortly nominated Head of M&A for the Italian Branch and, in 2016, is officially appointed partner of the corporation.

Thanks to his vast experience, Roberto’s acquisition to the Advisory Board of our Junior Enterprise will play a crucial role within the framework of our Association adding valuable experience to the organization and to our operational strategies.



Gabriele Marino Noberasco has been Associate Consultant in JEME Bocconi until 2012 and is still bringing his contribute to the association as an Alumnus and member of the current Advisory Board.
Gabriele started his experience in JEME in October 2010. From May 2011 on, he was the Head of the Legal Department and has given a fundamental contribute to the association, especially from the juridical point of view.

While attending the Law Degree course at Bocconi University, in 2011 Gabriele worked as an intern at the Deputies Chamber of the Italian Parliament.
After having graduated cum laude, he made various working experiences, also abroad, as a legal consultant and he studied until 2013 at the Lombardia’s Notary school. Afterwards, he started studying at University of Exeter.
Beginning in March 2014, he is associated to the BFP – Bettini Formigaro Pericu Law firm, besides being, from 2013, “legal expert” at Spark Legal Network and Consultancy in London. Moreover, Gabriele is currently the legal advisor of the Chamber of Deputies’ Vice-president.
From 2012, Gabriele is a teaching assistant and a researcher in Public and Constitutional Law at Bocconi University.


Alberto Accogli entered JEME in 2005, after having completed the Master of Science in Management Consulting at Bocconi University and an MBA at the prestigious “University of Maryland”. Alberto has been Head of Human Resources and General Secretary during his time in the association, working to improve JEME’s organizational structure.

Today Alberto, as part of the Advisory Board, is a guide for the whole association. After having achieved his degree, he gained work experience in the financial sector working for Banca Mediolanum and in strategic consulting, firstly for TEFEN Management Consulting and, then, at Corporate Value Associates, working in the financial and aerospace sectors.

In 2012 he joined Leoni Corporate Advisor as Case Manager. Among the projects he has worked for, he has developed a 5-year plan for an important company in the aerospace sector, a business plan for the adaptability of a peculiar product for the aerospace industry and, lastly, he has contributed in restructuring a number of firms in the energy industry. As a member of the Advisory Board, he keeps working towards JEME’s growth.



Federico Vigani, Bocconi alumnus graduated in Economics and Social Sciences, joined JEME in October 2009, and held the position of President, Administrator in the Board of Directors and Head of Communication, until December 2013.

During his period in JEME, he was part of the team who organized the Junior Enterprise World Conference 2010, which took place in Milan with the participation of more than 300 Junior Enterpreneurs. He was also the SJM 2013 Project Manager, meeting with about 250 participants organized in occasion of JEME’s 25th anniversary.

After his studies in Bocconi, in 2014 he joined BCG, first as an Associate and, then, as a Senior Associate in March 2016.

Today Federico Vigani is a Consultant at BCG, where he works in the sectors of Automotive and Asset & Wealth Management. Federico has been re-elected as JEME Advisory Board Member, keeping working towards JEME’s growth.


Andrea Bergamini, who joined JEME in May 2006, after completing the Three Year Degree at Bocconi University, completed the Master of Science in International Management at ESADE, the Business & Law School in Barcelona.
JEME has accompanied his whole college career at Bocconi. He was, indeed, a member of the Board of Directors, in particular serving as Vice President. He was also responsible for the recruitment team, one of the activities considered most important by the association since his early years.
After completing the academic course, in May 2009 he joined Philips Consumer Lifestyle, the division of the Dutch multinational, specialized in the production of consumer electronics and small appliances. Here he first played the role of sales agent for the entire product portfolio of the company, and during this time he was admitted to Philips’s “Talent Program” as a symbol of recognition of the results achieved. Afterwards he became the Key Account Manager, responsible for the entire distribution channel.
In 2012, he joined the Indesit group, while holding the position as Key Account Manager, in particular implementing a new product line.
With regard to his most recent career, he was first Manager of Strategic Planning at Whirlpool EMEA and, to date, he works in Milan at Electrolux as Product Manager.
Andrea is for the first time part of the JEME Advisory Board and we are sure he will prove to be a valuable point of reference for the Association as it has been during the academic years.



Marco Berrinzoni entered JEME in 2005. At Bocconi University, he attended first the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and then the Master of Science in Administration, Finance and Control.
During its study period he took two internships: the first one at Value Lab, an innovative Management and IT Consulting Firm specialized in Marketing, Sales and Retailing. Then, in 2008, at BNP Paribas, M&A sector.
During these years, JEME has been a key part of his career. And he has been one of the key resources for the association, too.
After his graduation he started working for Barilla, where he held different positions: in particular he was Controlling Manager of different products and Strategy & Business Portfolio Manager. He worked both in Italy, in Parma, and in France, in Paris.
He proceeded with his career path in May 2016, when he started working for LMVH as Acqua di Parma Controlling Manager.
For the first time, Marco is a member of JEME’s Advisory Board and we are sure he will prove to be a point person for the association as he was in the past.


Carlo Capra, alumnus Bocconi graduated in 2009 in Marketing Management, began his career in JEME in 2004 and then concluded it in 2010: during his six years he has held various positions, including President.

He has also been president of JADE Italia, the Italian Confederation of Junior Entrepreneurs, from October 2007 to February 2009. After the end of his study program, driven by his passion for consulting, he joined Innext (founded in 2003 by three alumni of JEME), where he has been working as a consultant for more than 7 years.

Today Carlo is involved in both strategic consulting and various activities including Business Plan, Generational Change and Training and Coaching and innovative projects, such as Google for Work.

Carlo renewed his commitment to the Advisory Board, encouraging the association to continue the journey with courage and initiative spirit



Francesco Sacco, besides being an important member of the Advisory Board, is the founder of JEME Bocconi Studenti, along with seven other students. After some of them stayed in France and met local students, they decided to create a Junior Enterprise for the first time in Italy, to export the concept not only in Bocconi but also throughout the whole country.

In 1988, JEME’s story began, and Francesco Sacco was one of the main protagonists, by engaging both as an Associate Consultant and Board member and, afterwards, as an alumnus to make JEME Bocconi Studenti the best Junior Enterprise in Italy and one of the Italian main players in Europe.

Francesco Sacco was a member of the Steering Board for the implementation of the Digital Agenda of the Italian Government during the Letta Government and the Working Group for the Public Administration Organization of the Extraordinary Commissioner Cottarelli for the Public Expenditure Review. Since 1993, he has been a professor at Bocconi University as well as the University of Insubria, focusing on research on the impact of technological and digital innovations on corporate strategies.

Francesco Sacco is a very important point of reference for both Associates and Alumni,  perfectly representing the values ​​of our Junior Enterprise.
