Most Entrepreneurial Junior Enterprise in Europe
JEME wins the 2015 edition of the JADE Excellence award as the most entrepreneurial consulting junior enterprise in Europe.
The award was given by JADE, the Junior Enterprise European Confederation based in Bruxelles, and places JEME as the first among more than 300 student enterprises coming from the 12 countries that compose the network, representing more than 20,000 of the best European students and with a total revenue of more than 16 million euros.
“It’s difficult to compete with Junior of countries where the concept is deeply integrated and where revenues are more than 1 million euros – sais Simone Ravalli, chairman of JEME – but it’s for this reason that ambitious ideas, supported by a structured programming and a constant work of all, are necessary. It’s thanks to these three characteristics that JEME met this goal”.
The victory came thanks to the quality and the educational value of the consulting projects done in 2014, as well as entrepreneurial initiatives like JEME Shanghai, the first operating detachment of a J.E. in China, composed by Italian and Chinese students.
The story of JEME, also written in the book “Un’impresa da universitari” (Historica) recently published, it is the demonstration of constant commitment and a professionalism. These qualities are difficult to find in students, and, for this reason, the association reached a relevant position in the Italian market. This book has been one of the main drivers for the victory of the award sponsored by EY.
